Pricing questions
- Why are prices not listed on this page?
- Two businesses with identical revenue can be very different to keep books for — inventory, job costing, multiple entities, and payroll all change the work involved. Rather than post a number that would be wrong for most people, every engagement is quoted after a short consult. The quote is flat, in writing, and agreed before any work begins.
- Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
- Onboarding is included when the books are already current. If there is a backlog, that is quoted separately as a catch-up and cleanup project before monthly service starts.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- Engagements are month to month with a written scope. If it is not working, you are not trapped — though the value of bookkeeping compounds, so consistency helps.
- What if my needs change mid-year?
- Scope gets revisited whenever your business changes materially — new entity, new payroll, a big jump in volume. Pricing is adjusted openly, not silently.
